The 2023 South Jersey high school football season was memorable.
Woodstown, Glassboro, Willingboro, Camden, Delsea, Mainland, Winslow and Cherokee each won sectional titles. In 2024, those eight teams will look to defend their titles. Other programs across South Jersey will aim to dethrone those reigning champions.
Experienced teams are gearing up for deep playoff runs. Others will work through rebuilds. There is always the possibility of programs making school history in the process. A handful of schools have new faces at the helm. Others return familiar ones.
