As the calendar turns over to a new year, it brings along a new baseball season with it. The 2024 season brought magical moments throughout the regular and postseason such as Gloucester's walk-off in the sectional final to capture its first South Jersey crown since 1971, Eastern alum Sam Winsett hitting a clutch grand slam for his 100th career hit in the Group 4 state final, and Cherry Hill West brought home its first Diamond Classic title since 1989.
As great as it is to reflect on the past, the future is always inevitable and with that take a look at the top 13 teams in South Jersey heading into the 2025 high school baseball season.
