Nate Rohlfing dominates the paint as Haddonfield squeezes past Lower Cape May in South Jersey Group 2 quarterfinals

HADDONFIELD - Being a 6-foot-8 senior on a high school basketball court is a rarity for most people.

Especially in southern New Jersey.

For Haddonfield senior Nate Rohlfing, it's an advantage.

Rohlfing used his 6-foot-8 frame in his favor as he poured in a game-high 21 points and grabbed three rebounds in a 51-42 win over Lower Cape May in the South Jersey Group 2 quarterfinals.

18 of the senior's points came in the paint. The other three were scored from the free throw line.

"We saw on film that I'd have a huge height advantage, so I just went to work," Rohlfing said. "There's not that many players that are as tall as me, so I just use my size to the best of my ability."
